AstroNova offers two training options that allow our customers to get the most out of their data acquisition and recording systems.

Test & Measurement Training Center

AstroNova’s comprehensive training covers operation, file management, and software upgrades for the TMX®, SmartCorder® DDX-100 and Daxus® series of data acquisition systems at our headquarters in West Warwick, Rhode Island.

On-Site Training Classes

For customers in need of training at their own facility, AstroNova will send a certified technician to train up to eight people on repair, troubleshooting and operation for the company’s current AstroNova data acquisition or recording system. There is a minimum required class size of three (3) attendees for this type of training.

The cost of on-site training is $1,720.00 per day plus travel expenses. If you are interested in scheduling on-site training, please contact us for a formal quotation.

Very early on, we increased our inventories, and we are in regular contact with our suppliers to monitor their status. We have maintained a high level of production, and our supply chains are meeting our requirements. However, we do prioritize firm orders above forecasts. Because this is a very fluid situation, we encourage you to make sure you have orders in place with us to carry you through these unusual times.
